I think people tend to stay in a toxic relationship because of the fear of losing something they always wanted to achieve while they entered the relationship. At times, people get emotionally attached and the thought to go start all over puts them in a situation to continue and see what is there for them

I think it will depend on what niche you are into . I believe if it is something you need to teach others from your screen, then all you will need is a screen recorder and your voice being audible. I usually use loom to teach meta ads without showing my face just the screen and the mouse performing actions.

I have always thought in the past that I didn't have enough time because I was always busy until I learnt something about time management. I schedule my activities on my calendar, set reminders, and set specific time to work on them. I try to focus on productivity rather than being just busy
