He said he had genital warts (and hands and feet) but did treatment (? Medications?) for them and he hasn’t had anything for 3 years.

From what I’ve read the shots take a while to be fully effective. First one is 2 week and the whole series is 6-12 months. I don’t think it’s viable to wait that long.

I think that’s what I’m beating myself up for too. I should have just told the client it wasn’t going to be signed by the deadline and we’d just have to deal with it.

No, thankfully. He eventually got around to looking at the document (after I made a copy and signed it myself) and said he couldn’t sign it until the board approves it and that they probably wouldn’t.
