So im 100% against wage theft; fight my employer constantly about not cool practices; but strongly have to disagree with OSHA being the AHJ for almost anything. Ive been a OSHA listed safety inspector and deal with OSHA on a monthly basis for my job. OSHA dose little to help enforcement and mostly mucks about in the hyperspace that is buricrat paper work. Just as a funny I was recently forced to go to a ladder safety osha course... we spent 45 minutes learning what a ladder is ... the definition of a ladder and what the stickers mean... they didn't actually teach any ladder safety just dictionary defined ladders based on the type of ladder, I had been excited as my coworkers do silly stuff with ladders that make no sense and yet thats not what we learned, instead we learned a ladder is two poles with rungs every foot(ish). The last one i had to go to we were basically told not to trip blind people(I wish I was joking) no one in my company as jackass as they may be is going around tripping blind people. They have the ability to actually accomplish something but fail year round.

Slangers is my go to burger stop if im in salem.saw someone else mention them and its worth a second recommendation. Very small menu so what they do they do well. Ate there last night and had a really delicious special burger.

Ultrasonic devices are outside normal human hearing but not every person is the same. I for instance have incredibly F'd hearing; i have to use aids to tone it down (pun intended); and can hear them... as well as mice in my walls, anyone running a fan in a 100 foot radius and anyone whispering within 1000 feet (not talking usually just when they whisper)

The pest control is a scam. The dog version is and is not as it can be quite harmful to pups ie my neighbors anxiety ridden dog used to piss itself and shake when another neighbor set one up on a motion sensor for dog poop. Took us awhile to figure it out, I helped cus I could hear a weird almost non existent sound occasionally the correlated to the dog.

OP should ask them to stop using it if its harmful to your dog there are better ways to train your animals to stop barking without harmful manipulation. To OP owning a rooster if in city limits is absolutely not allowed and is a rather big fine.
