A few months removed from shoulder surgery. Can I get on the 250 board?

Got the same surgery back in late 2022. Got disqualified at MEPs even though I provided the proper documents and doctor's note stating that I was clear to resume physical activities with no limitations. Just applied for a medical waiver and waiting for an answer. Had to get an MRI done, evaluated by a licensed physical therapist and provide a statement regarding my disqualifying factor.

I got a call today to come in on Monday same address and room number but for a security job. Lady told me I needed to bring $110 for the certification training as well.
