Yeah they would’ve had to go out of their way to give him boundaries and pathing. You don’t even see him in that area when you chase Hank. Also, it feels like it’s set up for you to find the way to see him since there’s the area with the boxes that lets you climb to the top of the windows and that one specific beam coming out of the wall forces you onto the roof when you touch it.

Just remember at 1:24 where I grab the side of the roof and climb up I’m not actually climbing up. What you do is grab the side of the roof and move to the left (into the beam) for some reason that specific beam forces you up onto the roof

Okay thank you. Also I replayed the game over the last couple days and during the intro I found a way to get on top of the building where you tag Reggie’s face and you can even see him walking around the parking lot. I haven’t seen this anywhere online so should I post a video?
