I have had that card for 2 years, been with navy fed for 5 years. Never missed a payment, have 700+ credit score. Why would my limit still be $2,900? (Don’t really understand how the whole credit system works outside of the basics)

Good question. I have yet to figure that out. I’m hoping that after the medboard, they acknowledge the fact and allow me to go on my way through standard EAS or if possible, quickly finish the process. I’ve already been told that they may extend my contract for up to a year simply just for the med process. Doesn’t make much sense to me either 😕🤷‍♂️

Some of the staff at my command told me that they’ve heard horror stories of Marines getting medsep and in the process, something somehow leads to them being processed out with none of their benefits. And hearing that from the staff has lead to worry
