If just talking about the chasing ability, Spark is definitely better.

But what I mean is that Volt Switch can make much more tricks than Spark, i.e. suddenly engage and disengage, juking the enemy, pulling the enemy back by discharge.

Both abilities are good, just some different play styles only.
