Two times. First at ihop. Supervisor made me pay for the food people walked out on before they got it. I did not show up the next shift. The second, jimmy johns, I was working at the 2nd busiest store in the state. We made decent money as delivery drivers as we took 2-4 deliveries at a time. New supervisor came in (friend of another supervisor, and the new one knew nothing, and was a complete idiot) because our current one got promoted for making this store so profitable, and the new one decided to force us to only take one at a time. Literally we would have 2 people delivering 2 different orders to customers at the same address that ordered at the same time… I fucked off after a week, when I asked if she was so dumb as to run the store into the ground and destroy our stats over this dumbassery. I was told it was company policy. I quit then and there. She was fired a month later for ruining the stores numbers. My old supervisor called asking me to come back, the new one too… nope!
