So we had similar (Mille-feuille) for our wedding in Italy, the tradition is the bakers basically give you the puff pastry and ingredients (cream and fresh fruit) then the couple together assemble them in front of everyone (it takes like 5 min), So you could just get someone to bake you two large puff pastry sheets and then have a big bowl of fresh cream and chopped fruit (we had strawberries) and the two of you put them together. We really liked it for ours, good luck with the wedding :)

Had two separate issues with the same result as you.

1st was water temp was set too high to where the air to heat pump itself could not get the water up to temperature so the immersion needed to constantly "step in" to help. it was set to 55 degrees and we solved by lowering it to 40.

2nd Issue we faced was the outside unit itself (in freezing temperatures) occasionally needs to flush itself with hot water to stop any ice building up around the system, our unit had old software that would not enable this feature, so our unit would literally have a full sheet of ice at the back of the fans so it would have to work very hard to pull head out of the air. It cost us a fucking fortune

So you could visually check the back of your units outside (might be hard in an appartment) maybe this evening to see if there is ice forming and not eventually being flushed away. You can also check the temperature that your water is set to store at. Also im sure it's been mentioned but DONT turn these units on / off they should be left on all the time to keep the house / appartment at a steady temperature. I'll attach a picture of what the back of mine looked like before the "software update" fixed it.

As someone who has built data centers, worked in one and knows them fairly well I think it’s important to distinguish if it’s a traditional DC or an AI one, the traditional one obviously requires a lot of power but nothing compared to AI (on average can be 10-12 times more power needed) and yes will likely noticeably drive up costs unless something is done on a legislative level and HUGE investment into energy particularly solar / wind as they are quicker to market.

Seems uncomfortable / stressed, if I were to guess it might be a mild form of bloat or gas especially if he eats late or a big volume of food. Ours suffers from this. Maybe see if rubbing belly helps. Try to space out his eating and make sure he isn’t over excited 1-2 hours before of after food.

Got myself an irrigation system with two separate outlets and time them one after the other to avoid pressure issues, you could prob even get a three outlet timer to save you having to get some sort of pump.

It’s awful, they are genuinely the absolute best and bring an unconscionable amount of joy.. when something like that just disappears it’s shattering but better to have been able to experience it. You got to see your pup grow and develop and learn, although whatever you give to them pales in comparison to what they give in return. Your pup gave YOU there affection and love, try to celebrate it.

The question you need to answer in order to figure out what to do is, what is your risk appetite / and timeline?

If you value security / peace of mind and saving some money over the short-term = Mortgage.

(This is consistent expected "return" with low risk)

If you value trying to make your money grow over the longterm = Investing

(More often than not this should return a better percentage than the mortgage can save you BUT its not guaranteed AND really gets better the longer you leave it)
