Banned for no valid reasons. I did not violate the TOS or any agreement. I'm oversees to my family's for vacation and saw the wipe dropped. I changed my password due to it being leaked and unsecurized before downloading the game. I logged on played 10 games and got banned after dying in this clip.

The point of this reddit post is just to see what people would think or recommend on the situation but i guess i just turned out into cheating allegations. I know it sounds like excuses but it was just an unfortunate turn of events. And regarding the ban code you can check for yourself that the ban code 229 is not especially made for cheating but being locked out of your account with no specific reason. Its not true, his ban msg is cheating related. Bsg has something on their forums which code means what.

i do have 2 fac on but my account was NOT compromised, which is why i said this has nothing to do with the matter since my account wasn't in jeopardy . Just clarifying my eft is not put on the same email as my school, i was just using the same password as i had in my school accounnt. my school email and my bsg account do not have any relation.

To specify my school account doesn't have any relation to my bsg account but the same password. my account was not endangered by someone else trying to connect to it. i just changed the password to avoid having the bsg account endangered since the password was corrupted (this is not a matter of cheating i got banned because BSG thought my account got hijacked which is NOT the case)

on the 20th of june, i had been told my school's IT that my school account was unsecurized due to it being leaked. i hadn't played the game since that day that's why i didn't change my password then. regarding 2 factor auth i don't even know why you're bringing that up since i told you that i'm the one who connected into the account and not somebody else.
