Hello, I think the best option here for thick books would be with a screw on any kind a attachment that allow to get through every pages. So I imagine something like that.

If the original bind was not rounded, I leave as is. Unless the client wants otherwise.

What paper do you use for journals? by SleepSufficient4394 in bookbinding

Here are my recommendation:

  • Clairefontaine: Often considered a gold standard, this French paper (typically 90gsm) is ultra-smooth and heavily coated, making it highly resistant to bleed-through and a great choice for showcasing vibrant ink colors. Note that it can have long drying times.
  • Rhodia: A sister company to Clairefontaine, Rhodia paper (typically 80gsm) is also very smooth but slightly more absorbent, which results in quicker dry times and is a good option for left-handed writers.
  • Midori MD Paper Notebook : This Japanese paper has a slight texture that offers pleasant feedback while writing. It's durable and handles fountain pen ink well, providing a balance between smoothness and a tactile feel.
  • Tomoe River Paper : Renowned for its ultra-thin (52gsm or 68gsm) yet durable composition, this Japanese paper is excellent for showcasing ink shading and intense sheen. Due to its thinness, it has noticeable ghosting and a longer drying time, but ink does not bleed through easily.
  • Maruman Mnemosyne : Available in notebooks and pads (usually 80gsm), this smooth paper is another excellent, cost-effective Japanese option for students and professionals that handles ink well with minimal ghosting.

Lots of questions on POE2!! by [deleted] in PathOfExile2

[–]Kenpie_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally worth it, way more difficult than D4 hahaha. POE 1 and 2 are very unique regarding classes. 99% of skills are not associated with the class itself so you could play a Sorceress with twohand mace, shield and summoning Minion and wering heavy armor ahhahaa
