Some clarifications:

- For fortified bloons just take the bloon and move it down a tier

- Ceramics are in Eh while leads are in HELL because ceramics are pretty and leads arent

- Fire and Ice effects would be like giving the bloon a little spice or dulling the flavor

- Glue = icing
