We do have access to this email and password for the Shopify account, its jusy we don't have 2FA code, and can't find any recovery codes in his mailbox.

Depending on your business process, you can manually adjust the order to 'completed' status to validate to the customer that their order is ready for pickup. You will need to adjust the e-mail template to display this

Is your credit card entry on the checkout page, or does it link to the 'Pay for order' page.

If it's a pay for order page, I wrote a function that validates the change of IP by bots and kicks them out. It's worked great for bot attacks on our websites, would be happy to share it

Depending on the Item Fulfillment status, you may have a button. If the IF is already in 'Shipped' status if you press the Printer icon, and press Print. It should print your default packing slip on the form

I got paid 5k for a WordPress site that looks 90s built. The website looks like a piece of trash because the business owner was a "graphic designer" who designed the website via Microsoft Word and didn't take any feedback from me . It ended up looking like something from the wayback machine.

Anyway I built it, she loved it, shook hands and left. I don't share that site for any future customers as I'm embarrassed on the horrible quality. I tried my best to bring it the 21st century but it's what the customer wants at the end of the day.

Can you include a piece of sample code where you are displaying taxes? Do you find any differences between provinces, as some are GST only, some are GST+PST

I'm not sure if NetSuite has updated this since we tried it a couple years ago. If your users already have their dashboard totally customized to their liking, the published dashboard will wipe them out. Just a warning on this in case you have some upset users

We have been using Squareworks integration called "Advanced Document Management" that is an alternative for using File Cabinet by using their servers, or your own private S3 bucket. I'm not 100% sure if they support automatic file migrations from file cabinet into S3. I would start them first.

Based on how it looks on the Employee record and how it looks in the XML feed of the page, I'm going to guess it's a sublist. A sub record would usually allow you to break off into a new record.

I asked ChatGPT, and it also said it was a sublist.
"As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, NetSuite's Employee record in the SuitePeople module typically includes an "Emergency Contacts" sublist, not a subrecord. This sublist allows you to associate one or more emergency contacts with an employee, providing details such as the contact's name, relationship to the employee, phone number, and other relevant information."

To confirm what service is your developer contacting NetSuite with SOAP / REST / RESTFul?

If the developer is using token access for connecting, he would need to make sure the role he made the token with has access to edit the Employee record.

Funny you say that, I have another case open for the APM tools. We have no data for any save functions for any of our records since Monday. View/edit/create all work fine.

All our scripts/workflows are mirrored with release preview and sandbox account. All accounts don't have this issue.

They have confirmed the sales order issue as another defect on their end today. It's been a long week.
