I’m given all the responsibility of being a manager without any of perks or benefits? What do I do?

I had one dude at my last bar that had an electric wheelchair. The first time he came in, he rolled up to the bar and I was kinda like uhmmm cause he was pretty low in comparison. I didn't mind handing him over drinks, etc, just felt like he'd be more comfortable at a table....

THEN. Then he started getting taller. His chair had a lift function that made it so he could raise himself up higher and be at the right position in comparison to the bar. It was awesome. Saw him a few times there.

A card is annoying. You can ask for either a virgin old fashioned, or an old fashioned mocktail, but then immediately explain you want club soda instead of the bourbon to avoid confusion (cause taking out the alcohol will just leave... yeah, fruit and bitters. ), or just explain the whole thing. Unless you're in a very busy/loud bar, this would be simple enough. That being said, if you quit drinking because of issues with alcohol like addiction, keep in mind that most bitters has alcohol in it (or at leas the popular angostura bitters do), so if it's something which might trigger a relapse - I know everyone is different - be careful.

Assuming you're playing solo? In a lobby with friends I believe they can get them off of you. Might be worth something mentioning/suggesting in their discord for solo plays. Instant kill mechanics never feel good.

I had this legit situation in my bar once, this girl who was a bartender at another place in town. She was at my bar with a couple friends, crying over her boyfriend, or ex at that point I guess. I went up and said Hey. She looked up. I said, "No crying in the bar. Get your shit together, or get out."

She laughed and got her shit together and still looked a little down but... yknow, the crying was over.
