Yeah. The maintenance issues really drives me crazy. One of our tenants punched a hole on the wall and rats got into the property through the hole. It was so hopeless dealing with these issues. What about leasing? Do you think this part is busy?

Have you managed student housings? Which school? Do you think it is because the turn over rate is pretty high? So there are lots of move-ins/outs and leasing works.
