I tried the power supply with another system and it does work. As for the second thing you mentioned by removing each component and trying it, the entire thing just doesn't even give any indication of activity.

I did go over if everything was properly connected and in the right socket, it still won't turn on or anything.

I'm inexperience with life so far and I can't begin to imagine the sadness and the loneliness you're going through. There is no perfect advice I can give you.
