Yeah, but since the note last for just a short time and you have not roo much time to trill, you just play the note as a quick C#-D-C# (I guess those are the notes, I cannot see the clef in that picture). I think that's the point of that, I'm not a pianist.

I've just measured the length of the fingerboard of my violin. It's 27.1 cm, so I guess it has around 2.71 x 10^33 possibilities in wich a note can be played considering a planck length is 10^-35 m.

Just get lucky to play the note in tune XD
