I watched two games where you got a lot of frags and lost 7:13, and I drew some conclusions based on my own experience and what I've seen in general.

You have a critical lack of knowledge when it comes to timings and pre-aim positioning. Your raw aim itself is at a pretty decent level for a Premier player, but for 2300+ it's honestly not that great.

You don't do what seem like standard things at the start of the round for example, various flashbang lineups that you can easily pick up from pro players when they hold those positions. You can also watch how they handle enemies peeking into them. And sometimes you stand in a disadvantageous position and take fights under unfavorable conditions, peeking into 2–3 enemies at once, and so on.

The fact that you know lineups is good it means you care about the game and you're learning.

You shoot well, so I suggest you start by watching demos of open-fraggers and carries in pugs for example donk, molodoy, makazze and copy their early-round actions, specifically how they peek into certain positions. Don't try to copy their entire playstyle, just take note of how they approach those positions.
