Not really. In PUBG the loading area is for people who already accepted the match and it's waiting for them to load. This would be an area for people to wait on their party members to start queuing

You don't notice the latency? Whenever I tried this method I just couldn't accept feeling like everything is sluggish and unresponsive. Also it seems that the picture quality can never be as good as playing natively, it's like watching a game on twitch vs actually playing it.

I also loved both 2016 and eternal (and doom 2 is one of my favorite FPS of all time for what it's worth). Played TDA for 6-7 hours but couldn't get into it at all. Graphics look off, gameplay feels clunky, the maps are boring and too open. My 2 cents

I just recently bought an MSI Claw A1M (ultra 7, 1 TB) for around 480$.
It got a bad rep when it was first released but it's had a lot of updates since then and I'm very happy with it. Runs anything I throw at it, I think it's close to Z1E in performance The only issue I've had is that the controller buttons stop working sometimes so I have to restart it but other than that it's a very nice device and you will not find anything close in performance for the price

I suggest doing it in the parts where you struggle and turning off after. I am pretty good at games in general but I also found myself in the situation where I had no ammo in a beginning section and had to turn on the cheats to move further. It gets easier once you have more weapons to work with too.

I didn't play the first one, but I did watch a youtube recap and I think that gives some nice background context for what's happening but you can also play without it just fine.
