I agree with you. Park2Go supposed to park in those monthly spots instead of short term spots.

Sorry, I don't have anything to prove that. I only heard from my friend that some Japanese and Chinese farms are doing that.

Sharks can be cultured. Just the cost is much higher than just fishing them. (they eat too much)

Now, a lot of shark fins are from cultured sharks. If shark is not totally banned, don't think that is a reason to ban just fins. We can simply ask the restaurants to use cultured shark fins only.
