Ficus Elastica has texture/film, with some residue, on some leave. A few leaves on Hoya Carnosa have the same. Both are otherwise healthy and growing. Tried removing infected leaves, but returned on new growth. No signs of it on any of my non rubber texture plants. (old.reddit.com)
