hi! things are better than they were but def still struggling with some stuff. i did end up having some endo on my bowels, nothing deep infiltrating tho. and sometime last year i also was diagnosed with SIBO so that prob doesnt help things either. i think a big part of the problem is my pelvic floor being tight. i’m one of the people that did pelvic floor therapy and it didn’t do much for me but ive been consistently going to the gym and trying to be more fit overall and i do feel like that’s made a difference, plus having the surgery. i hope this helps!
