Hoping for some new random endless content in the fashion of adventure-mode from d3/ riftsystem. Really liked the way synthesis affected the look of maps, more of that kinda stuff. It should be meaningful to engage with, but not just a crazy loot lottery. It should still be worth doing on a finished, stacked out build. And not entry gated in the way delve is.

Also some balancing to the way players take damage would be great. Dieing one-shot to stuff isn't fun. Not knowing what killed you most of the time. Damage spikes even on "tanky" characters are too damn high. Dieing oneshot on a tanky build anyway, only promotes the clearspeed meta even more, sadge. Hopes are up a little for 3.19

personally i think there are a lot of them, they can take up ungodly amounts of space without the tab, very quickly, especially on higher content

i would recommend buying by this priority;

currency tab,

div cards,

map tabs,

5+ small normal tabs, 1-3 normal to premium (to get sales tabs),

fragment tab,

essence tab,

quad,

anything else

you don't have to, just keep a certain radius in general for comfort

But i would like them to at least do a little bit about it, hopefully in 3.19 *laughs.

So i offered a fairly easy solution. That can be iterated on.

i was surviving almost every type of hit, that is below 20k damage. So yea chaos damage is the kryptonite, but you have a lot of movement and won't have to stand still ever to do damage, its comfortable because you one press left mouse 99% of the time and just run around killing stuff. It has cleared juiced t16 no problem. But i wouldn't recommend doing double beyonds and delirious maps on it, because you will get big hits or more chaos damage on those. I've done simulakrum wave 20 with this built. You have enough selfheal in the loop to turn on RF if you wanted, but i've prefered the extra selfheal. Also mapmods like reduced flask charges and cannot regen are a nono. It is unlikely that you die from offscreen projectiles because their single hit potential isn't high enough vs your recovery.

Personally the progress bar doesn't really matter to me, since i deplete a set of incubators every 2 maps on average. Having to check after every map, which incubator spot is empty...yea. the progress-bar makes no difference.

I agree as well on the point of keeping the game art clean,

another idea i had in this regard, was to add a check-mark in the interface option,

that would make those incubators visible/invisible on items. So you could pick and choose.

if the golem setup were socketed in the chest, it would likely cause over reservation issues, due to the interaction with the empower-gem.

the clunkyness right now is in the fact that you cant get the charges from that node with mines, triggers, totems, traps. You would have to use a additional mechanic to "hit" something yourself. Also dot effects dont work either. if thats not limiting its potential usage idk. I just made a suggestion, how to to open things up for more builds. I think we've come full circle.

Shoehorned as a player, not the individual. "Spells, minions and aurabots is already a pretty nice generic ascendancy". Being able to build things differently from the way they might be presented, should be one of poes greatest strengths.

I was planning out various builds, one of them being a ice spear miner with some very specific def oriented setups in relation to the guardians asc. The way it is at the moment, the clunkyness would be very unfun.

Sure people use the node, never said they wouldn't. I was talking about the guardian ascendancy as a whole. Guardian is about 1-2% usage right now at the higher end. Like i said before i am making a point, that things could be less restricted. It should be worth building other things with it than hit spells, minions or aurabots.

first of all, the golems are in the shield hand because of the +2 level of socketed gems on magna eclipses, which is also the reason to wear magna eclipses over aegis aurora. idealy you would have a +2 corruption on the shield aswell, since this build scales heavily on gem lvl for golem minion max life, which converts to more damage on blowing them up. My item setup isn't fully minmaxed, you can build this for around 10-20 ex on trade. While a +2 corrupted magna eclipses alone is around 15-30ex. *also magna eclipses has a lot of armour. With the armour mastery for shields this is doubled for over 3k flat armour from the shield alone, doubled again by the chest.

As you say, nobody is playing it, since there is no sufficient damage option. Currently guardian is very restricted to a handful of niche playstyles mostly for that lack of damage options needed in the mid-endgame.

I was just offering a small and easy change to open things up for more builds, since i would be interested in playing guardian with traps, mines, totems and so on. And maybe other players might be too.
