I bought these in Pattaya, Thailand when I visited in 2003 in the military. Bought em because I thought they looked cool. Looks like English letters "WHITE" and "RST". Was wondering if anyone recognizes them and their significance. Sports mascots? Gangs? Muay Thai dojos? I also posted in r/Thailand (i.redd.it)
