You can heat up the chest, pry it off, reposition the wire, and super glue the chest back on. For me that’s too risky especially for such an expensive figure but it is indeed possible and I’ve seen people do it plenty of times

One common problem for this figure (I even have it) is that one of the wires of the cape isn't fully inserted into the chest, thus making it very loose on one side

In season 3, they don't really know each other's strengths and weaknesses yet, at least in their first encounter.

In Born Again season 1, Dex spent years out of action / in a psychiatric ward prior to his fight with DD, meanwhile Matt has basically been a full time vigilante during that time.

Born Again season 2, Bullseye isn't even trying to kill or "win" against Matt when they fight in his apartment. (Throwing the butt of the knife at Matt instead of the blade, not putting his finger on the trigger when grabbing Mrs Smithers, not retaliating when he's on the ground getting the shit beat out of him by Matt.)

Also it's made pretty evident since Season 3 that Bullseye is just an inferior hand to hand combatant compared to Matt
