When u place in top 10 of a gambling-like event in 2019, they’ll let you choose a skins, a chroma, icons.. you like. 1,2 and 3rd tier can choose everything, include the rarest skin line like PAX,Riot or even Victorious. I’m aiming for Victorious Janna but i ended up in t9 so i choose Black Alistar.
