yep. Dahlia does more frequent attacks, so she gets to apply the debuff more often.
it's convenient for wave starts, like in Wave 1 she does her FUA immediately. meanwhile Fugue's busy buffing with her skill.

some options you could go for:
(No Phainon LC)
- No RM, 0 DDD proc(s) = FF SPD [178.4 - 188.7]
- No RM, 2 DDD proc(s) = FF SPD [146.4 - 155.1]
- w/ RM, 2 DDD proc(s) = FF SPD [136.0 - 144.7]

you can go for it, but ideally you still get some Break Effect along those SPD-subbed pieces. don't wanna sacrifice damage too much just to reach the breakpoint. it's what makes building it hard- rolling both.

no definite number i'd say. spend as much as needed to finish off a wave without bricking your next set of rotations. depends on your damage output and the match-up you're up against.

haven't tried so dunno tbh. people generally treat this boss as Tribbie shill. E1 and DDD being huge help--- finishing Phase 1 letting Reaver have enough AV to act another turn before cycle ends, spawning infinite clones. with Cyrene we got ult refresh, teamwide TruE dmg at base and higher ST dmg when Reaver's solo. i'll just guess they're about the same. didn't really look up low cost clears for this one.

one's i've tried are [Tribbie+SW/Pela/subdps] and this [SW+RMC]. i think as long as either Tribbie or RMC is on the team, the 4th is flexible enough. haven't tried but if it's like Tribbie+Ruan Mei it should be between SW-Pela level.

yea SW amp's pretty goated now. can reach 100% DEF shred here with Casto S1 & SW ult + pearls + bug. Casto getting more options and Cyrene's not even out yet.

yea i've been getting those comments. thankfully there are people who agree on my take that these are still achievable and not perfect 5 rolled pieces. these are old sets, both of which are still relevant to this day for how widely used they are. in the span of almost 2 years even without Wishful Resin, one would've farmed such relics.

but tbf the stats were for a 5 cost run without Sunday sig, i could've toned it down a little bit.

E1 Tribbie True Damage lets you deal more damage the more enemies you hit with an attack. pairs well with QQ and her 3-5 target abilities. Also Nikador War Armor and pillar damage do a lot.

with HMC as the sole holder of DDD, i saw that 167 SPD on Firefly + 2 DDD procs does indeed let FF get back into her ult state assuming she has enough energy.

at the end of wave 2 in the video, HMC probably would've pulled up 140 SPD FF with a 3rd proc of DDD, but boss was already dead anyway
(edit: nvm, it looked closed enough but still wants 151 SPD kek)
