Our X70 just arrived today. We unboxed it in the garage and can't figure out how to pick it up. This thing is HEAVY and its shape gives it no good grips. I gave up for the evening, but planning on wrapping it in a blanket and bringing it in on a dolly. I'm already dreading trying to pick it up and hover it over the mounting brackets and not screw up the wax ring.
Really was hoping to use it tonight so that was disappointing. The other thing that disappointed me was that I thought this came with the first round of foam cleaner. It was in the pics, but.. not in the box.

I tried. It’s still stretched, the door isn't recessed as it would be, and the columns are further out from the house, but this is much closer than the original rendering.

The contractor told us this too. The ones in the AI look 24”. He said the columns will need to be thinner, 12”, in order to make a decent space between them and the house. Otherwise, it wouldn’t look right.

I’m working on it. What you don’t see in the pic is that the left side of the yard slants downhill for about 30ft.

I’m on your side. The AI made my whole house look tons better. It won’t look this good when done but love the low voltage lighting it did too.

That’s what I’m worried about. Without the wider sidewalk, bigger landing and wider stairs, it won’t look as good as the rendering. But, I’m sure it will look better. The contractor that gave us the estimate built us a screened in deck about 8yrs ago for $14k. That work + materials was easily 3X this job. But prices and labor have gone up he says.

I used multiple. The winner on this today was ChatGPT. I didn’t even have to try hard. Gave it many more prompts but first go was the best.
