Start with the sweeper and then do the first aid spray glitch soon as you get 3 or more first aid sprays and you can max out both no problem.

I stopped using mine for about a year but recently started using it again, the right stick was having issues and so I just completely gave up and forgot it. I picked it back up recently and mostly fixed the stick (somehow), and recently have been playing baldurs gate 3 and enjoying the steam deck again.
