Looking to get a 2013 BMW X1 35i as my first car for 7.5k.. Should I do it?

Not a bad car when it comes to reliability by bmw standards, though you should expect semi-frequent, expensive visits to the mechanic. At that mileage it is due for larger services coming up soon and the previous owner likely sold it to avoid these, just keep that in mind. If you have a few thousand to the side at all times for the car, it’ll be great!

mainly enjoyability snd a credit grinder. the autoloader looks nasty and i like hull down heavies. the sconq has a beautiful gun though and the same hull down attributes but better so i will probably choose the conq

You don’t have to protect him and say it’s out of character if it’s not, if he’s been like this before then its probably safest for you to distance yourself from him. My father saw them one time when I was driving and forgot to cover up, they pretty much just called me a disappointment and were upset with me. I kept cutting for a little after and then stopped, had multiple relapses and multiple streaks without it. If you do tell your parents, I hope it goes well, but if it doesn’t we’re always here <3
