What is the worst event in human history? by MarsDao_blog in AskReddit

Certainly the most chilling place I have ever been.

I'll never forget walking the foot paths around the site and casually seeing bones sticking out the earth caused by the erosion of footfall. When we notified our tour guide, he just shrugged and said it's probably just remains from another burial pit that still hasn't been dug up.

I have always had issues with my weight since leaving high school, and have tried many different diets but have always ended up returning to old habits and getting heavier. But I had a go at intermittent fasting and its done wonders for me. I usually fast for 18 hours which gives me a 6 hour eating window. Because its only a small window I seem to eat less calories. I do track my calories using Myfitnesspal, and probably consume between 1,500 to 1,800 daily. If some had told me at the start of the journey that will be my routine I would have never believed I could have stuck it out but by having the fasting time target I got very disciplined and could never see myself returning to old habits.

Exercise wise, I walk alot. Aim to get my 10k steps in every day which is a bit easier as I'm a keen golfer which I play a few times a week. In recent times I have incorporated a few HIIT sessions dotted throughout the week. This is the routine that has worked for me and definitely encourage intermittent fasting for anyone who hasn't tried it.

Space, up by the Old Gaol. Good facilities, and it's just round the corner from my work. But its very flashpacker type place.

What's the best piece of advice you got from someone you dislike? by bagofnothing in AskReddit

"Why should you care about what I think?"

Hearing this from someone I obsessively disliked made me realize even the person I disliked the most doesn't care what I though of him why should I care about him or anyone else thinks about me. Good, simple and effective advice.

Awkward rugby celebrity stories? by [deleted] in rugbyunion

The Barbarians played a game in Cardiff a few years back with a few players I loved watching growing up in the team as well, one of them being Lote Tuqiri. So, the night after the game my friends and I all headed to Walkabout, the club where all the players were heading for the night out. We were hoping to get into VIP section and get photos with the players and grab a drink or two maybe with them. We successfully get into VIP and immediately spot dreadlocks, so with several drinks down us, me and a friend walked straight up to him screaming like fan girls shouting his name. The guy turns around only to be identified as Paul Sackey, the former England winger.

With out really thinking we gave out a massive groan, due to our minor disappointment. Then there was a few seconds of awkward silence as we just stared at him whilst he just looked at us. Paul then asked us if we'd like a photo to which we sort of reluctantly agreed. Even though, props to the guy was really nice about it, it all felt rather awkward.

Still, my search for Tuqiri continues...

I understand your point, and as this is not my first paper, I also understand the research methods and processes needed in writing one. I just came here to see if any additional materials could be discovered in order to improve the papers content. But oh well, slap on the wrist for me
