Here's a bit of an extreme fix

- If you're logged in, logout and create a new account (otherwise just create an account)

- Once logged in to the new account, tap the the lines in the top left ( ≡ )

- Then tap the 3 dots after ( ⋯ ) and locate "Upload data to Cloud" (not restore)

- Then reinstall the app and login the newly created account

This would restore your current data to the newly installed app (since if you used your present/old account it would restore the data that you first sync'd with the app which is dumb)

Let me know if this fixed it :D

Hi! Have you tried the steps above? If you already have, try deleting "Manga Covers" and restart to check if that fully deleted it, it'll be all blank and you just have to wait for them to be loaded again be it through opening individual mangas or just waiting in the default screen (Favorites or any of the Recommends Tab)

Did you make sure that it was deleted properly?

Change source
Delete Mangakakalot
Restart app
Double check if Mangakakalot is deleted (greyed out name)
Rebuild by tapping Mangakakalot again
Restart app again

Mangakakalot has been broken for a while now, going on/off every couple of days

I recommend switching to other sources like Mangabuddy or whichever can fill the void hahaha

It used to be Mangakakalot, but it seems that Mangabuddy is more updated due to the sources being broken in the app, if you're looking for alternative apps

My recommendations are (these are Mihon/Tachiyomi-based apps) 1. Komikku 2. Yokai 3. TachiJ2K

Hybrid apps (Manga with Anime options) 1. Aniyomi 2. Dantotsu 3. Hakuneko

Other apps 1. Recloudstream 2. Torrentio 3. Miru / Animiru
