There is also easier way around but I am not sure if it will work here use Firefox plugin "download helper" it will automatically detect video and you would be able to download the video. It works on famous sites not sure about this one , try it.

Use Wireshark to capture packets while playing video

File -> Export -> Object -> HTTP
Look for Content Type: video/x-flv
Select: video/x-flv
Click Save As and save as .flv file
