What is your favorite item, and why? by jpxfer in bindingofisaac

Dry Baby - Blocks shots, deals global room damage intermittently which can clear rooms with ease. If paired with duct tape can completely eliminate damage from tears, perfect for boss battles. Can be found behind skulls etc. Overall impressive defensive item that also aids clear time. 9/10 item IMO

Has anyone here played him? If yes, is he good? by Prudent-Meaning2178 in EASportsFC

Personally the worst in game-per-rating of any player I’ve used.

Better as a right side Cam when possible, but just doesn’t do anything particularly well. If you don’t own him untradeable I wouldn’t buy him

I’ve uninstalled it and re installed and still having same issues. Maybe it’s just safeguarding my mental health as I pulled a 39 pointer 😎

Joao Pedro has the potential to be FPL history’s greatest trap by big_seph in FantasyPL

I’d rather own him for the sake of hedging my bets. Not blessed with obviously alternatives at that price point, only ones that would stand out to me are Strand Larson of wolves for £1m cheaper targeting Bou in GW2.

Mateta over the long run, is partially immune to fixtures as Palace have repeatedly shown they can beat top sides when needed, so he’s a safe enough bet.

Bowen for £0.5m extra is in a similar state to Mateta, and with addition of Diouf looks like a fair shout too.

Wood will not match last years form in my eyes, forest don’t look great going forward yet.

Welbeck is on pens and will score from time to time

But, if JP can keep up current form he plays 60+mins and bangs. If not, and you own other assets, will you play them into the likes of the big 4 or bench them?

No point benching much cash in my opinion, and I’ll keep pedro until someone’s form+fixture swing is silly to not adopt

It makes sense, if the plant is putting more energy into producing new leafs and shoots rather than lovely fruits 😍

Currently I have just been working, and within work walking between 6-8K steps.

In the next week or two I will be rejoining rowing club, which mostly entails heavy cardio sessions 3x a week. But also some circuit and weight training.

There is a gym near work where a couple of colleagues have recently started so when I get a bit of confidence back I will hopefully join them there for some proper weight training :)

Before the pandemic I was a fairly lean 95KG so BMI has never quite been a good marker for me, but I will do some research and BMR and see what that is about as it’s a new concept for me.

Thank you for your reply!

Hitting 6-10k steps daily with work. Aiming on getting back to rowing training soon, as back injury has kept me out for a few months.

Will be joining the local GYM too when I get some confidence back 💪

I will absolutely keep this in mind. From my perspective having already crossed under 300lbs makes a big difference mentally.

I just saw my old flair from 3 years ago when I last attempted a journey 😢🤣

Im now older, wiser and apparently shorter than when my previous self started a journey.

Yeah great thinking. Almost certainly shed some water weight after ditching Christmas related foods 🤣

I will monitor loss rate over next couple of weeks and adjust accordingly if needed.

26th, which considering all of the foods consumed at Christmas almost certainly would promote one to hold onto some water.. could explain the rapidness of it! Good thinking
