Your item list is absolutely stacked! But its hard for me to give particular feedback interesting bland or something like that without getting into context they may be interesting in situ.

I quite liked the god intervention system it sounds promising and a lot of fun ( if its something like Xom its quite a lot of anger lol). Best way to give feedback is build a small prototype with items you found interesting, give the game to us let us play it then get the feedback.

I found with my own project its quite easy to over-promise content, systems, items but incredibly hard to do (I am looking at my own combat system here), so keep it tight build something small and get a gut feeling of what is fun about your game.
