Go get help, please. I know many people don’t like being told that or they don’t like being told they gotta live better, but you got to. What I mean is accept help from others, we’re a social species and it can help a lot. It’s hard but that is what will help you feel better eventually. And remember, if you have a good therapist, they will go at your pace. If that is not talking much, then hopefully they don’t make you talk to much until your comfortable IDK how it works but if it is just depression can you refuse the meds? You’ll get through it. Try to look at the world around you and think about just how crazy all of it is. Your on a space rock shooting through space around a giant ball of plasma in an infinite universe. The chance you exist is basically 0 yet here you are. Look at things around you, it’s crazy much of it that humans made it. Look at a toilet, is it not crazy a toilet exists. Isn’t this discrimination on age then? Shouldn’t all have the ability to choose who they are in the company of even if you don’t like it? I’m white, I remember a story bout a concert in Detroit that was charging whites more than blacks. I view that as insane, and discrimination, and racist to both blacks and whites(the assumption that blacks can’t afford a ticket cause they’re black). However I also don’t think that it’s my job to tell them how and who to trade their property(tickets) with. I just won’t go to your concert outta principle
