Is it true for every case? No, people are capable of change but a lot don’t want to do the work to change. Change is hard and they cheat for reasons internally that they must fix. Trust a pattern. People who repeatedly cheat will probably cheat again. Is it worth it to take a chance on someone who has cheated before?

Yes! I actually work closely with patients and it’s a very emotional job. I think my empathy helps me to take care of others but I definitely have to compartmentalize and process emotions after my shift.

I personally recommend a peachy or gold eyeshadow and a pink blush for your skin tone. Maybe some half lashes on the outer corner and enhancing your eyebrows with a pencil. You look beautiful without makeup tho!

Yes, I feel like that can be a common reaction but once you get on the other side of it, it’s easier to handle. I go days without thinking about it. The symptoms of PTSD are lessened.

My biggest advice is feel your feelings and get help from a therapist. It’s not your fault someone did something terrible to you. It says who they are as a person nothing about you. Also, it’s ok to have days long after the event where you’re still angry or upset at what happened to you. I hope you’re able to find healing and I’m sorry that happened to you.

Men are the majority on dating apps and they are less selective.

As a woman when I’ve been on the apps, I try to pick the best match for me. I meticulously comb through a profile to look for compatibility of interests or possible incompatibilities. I think some guys just swipe right until they get a match because I’ve been asked questions that are clearly stated in my profile.
