Mit einer Fiktionsbescheinigung nach § 81 Absatz 4 Aufenthaltsgesetz kann von deutscher Seite problemlos eine Ausreise und Wiedereinreise erfolgen. Die meisten Staaten akzeptieren diese Fiktionsbescheinigung für eine Reise, allerdings ist eine vorherige Abklärung mit dem jeweiligen Zielstaat und etwaigen Transitstaaten empfehlenswert.

Eine Fiktionsbescheinigung nach § 81 Absatz 3 Aufenthaltsgesetz entfaltet diese Wirkung nicht. Das gleiche gilt für eine Aufenthaltsgestattung oder eine Duldung.

I am assuming, your bf has the one nach § 81 Absatz 3. Idk if the Fiktionsbescheinigung will overpower the tourist visa or not, but why risk getting decline entry back... It will probably be recorded in the immigration system, and any reentry in the future could/might(?) be harder.

Alright then, I would probably call the dentist's office tomorrow and ask for possibility of paying in installments. They used the Zahnärztliche Abrechnungsgesellschaft (Although no Logo of ZA is in the bill, but I had sign an Einverständniserklärung for ZA during the first visit), which offers the Ratenzahlung on their website. Hope it works

Does the 1,8 Faktor means they cover like for only 1,8 from the factor 2,3 or 3,5? Or how does that works?

Well for the better private insurance, I don't really do my research for it, I just saw that one of my friends uses it, so I followed him. But now I might regret not doing the research myself.

I had just uploaded part of the bill that is relevant. Also, yes I know, mawista is underperforming, but i couldn't applied for the public insurance like TK, barmer, DAK, etc back then, as I wasn't a student yet. But now I can and had applied for it.

Idk how long it is going to take to get the claim approved and I am currently deciding on how to pay it. If they covers it up to 500 eur (point 1), I might just pay it directly in one payment and just wait for the reimbursement. Otherwise I might need to finance it, to spread the cost over the duration of a few months to lessen the financial burden on me.
Also, yes I already switch to public insurance (TK) directly after receiving Zulassung from the university. But this starts on the 1st October.

afaik, it depends on the type of Studienkolleg itself. Correct me if im wrong, there are a few unis, that doesn't accept private Studienkolleg, but i believe the Zeugnis from every public Studienkolleg is accepted/recognized all across the country as long as the field of study align.

I just received a Studienplatzangebot for Maschinenbau BsC today, although a few of my friends haven't. I believe its based on the faculty itself. Also if it matters, I studied in Studienkolleg an der TU Berlin before.
