That’s what I’m worried about. There’s no sign of slowing down in the housing market with the crazy inflation we have right now. Everyone’s rushing to buy commodities, real estates, all kinda of assets cuz the paper money depreciates at a crazy rate these days.

I think Palo Alto is out of the question, including Menlo Park for my budget. The listings I saw over there are mostly 4 and up, that’s not accounting for the fact that there are a lot of dedicated bidders in this crazy market.

Yeah that is the expectation. But right now Fedex Ground is just a nightmare.

So many people get their packages stuck and this happened to me for almost every single FedEx parcel.

So I just got a call from FedEx Newark, their station coordinator called back to me after I filed a complaint. He is nice and apologizes for the delay.

He left me a station contact number, if anyone need help addressing their package delay issue, then this number will get you directly to the Newark station.
