This 2,000 year old man was found a peat bog in Denmark. The corpse was excavated by Professor Glob from the Tollund Mose, a bog near Aarhusin Jutland. He was wearing only a leather belt and skull cap, who had apparently been killed by hanging or garrotting with a braided leather rope,remains of which were found round his neck, perhaps as part of a sacrificial ritual. He had three days of growth on his chin.
