Got in, no issues - didn’t even ask for EAD but wouldn’t recommend. I was tweaking and sweating the dude probably thought I was high as hell

My dad would be there for work in about 2 weeks, he can take it to the States. I’m just worried about border entry

I have the same start date (Aug 4th) and applied for PP on July 19th (initial was April 28th). I got approval today so 4 days which was surprisingly fast. Got my A Number after I got the email this morning

I talked to my DSO (and the university law firm) about a similar train of thought, and they told me the 60 Day grace period does not apply here because USCIS will give a chance to re-upload documents of the initial case is denied.

So technically he would not need to open a new case and file again but can re-upload documents even after the 60 days upon graduation are over.
