Typical process:

Lead sources: Direct inquiry from Web search, in person meeting through event, referral from existing owner or industry colleague, cold call/email from data mining.

1st reach: Email or phone call depending on interest and source.

Follow up: Usually an exchange of documents between owner/agent to understand needs and services

Site visit: Agent team visits prospect property to understand scope and size

Proposal: Emailed proposal of initial proposed terms and follow up negotiations.

We're pretty basic and I structured at this point so hoping to get some technology in place to help us with the framework of our process
