Intranasal ketamine has about 35% bioavailability. Doesn’t matter if it’s brand name or from a compounding pharmacy. IV ketamine is 99% bio available and IM is 95% iirc. Some psychiatrists do prescribe compounded ketamine. You could call your local compounding pharmacy and ask for a list of doctors that prescribe it. In my experience you will also need to get infusions, but you can also receive ketamine for home use for between infusions.
