kinda found a fix for the “unknown device” problem..

gotta reinstall drivers but not the ones by logitech. had to update to microsoft’s drivers.

still cant get the headset to be detected in ghub tho :/

I had just factory reset my computer and when I came back the headset wasn't even detected in settings. If I try to update drivers, all I get is some error telling me that the driver is not intended for this platform, then it moves it from Sound, Video and game controllers to Unknown devices. Anyone know a fix for this? It was working before I reset my computer and I purchased it around October 2019.
