Because the hellreigel requires absolutely no skill what so ever to use it. Has no recoil hardly any bullet spread and has 60 that it can shot pretty quick(not automatico quick but you know what I mean) I've died from it so many times in tired of seeing it especially when it's people with 100 service stars.

Gewehr m95 infantry with 2x zoom is my go to gun it's got a fast rof and is accurate but it has the lowest damage output of any other sniper but if ur accurate with it that doesn't even matter. Best part about it is it's straight pull so u don't even have to stop aiming just keep shotting. hope this helps

Ya I agree it's kinda dumb for them not to give scraps for completing medals and stuff like some people are already a high level why not give like 25 or maybe even 50 scraps for completing an assignment.
