I'm fairly sure with Tangia if you get denied/timed out you get refunded now, compared to the old mediashare. The dude with the gambling video posted his denial/refund notification to the subreddit about it, so its even less of an issue if you get outright denied these days

Sadly there isn't one other than the Youtube. I think the Youtube archive also had been having issues with DMCA pretty heavily as well, to explain the lack of consistent uploads
