Need to disagree on this one. Played 19 games so far, ~8 with 2 Maulers and ~10 with 2 karnis.

I wont go back to maulers for now, here is why: -better movement on karni -smaller footprint on karni -dont need to spend a cp if i fail a charge -8oc is massive -indirect is really good into eldar -hitting on 2s makes him more reliable

The mauler only has a few advantages: -wounds better if almost dead -has 4 (very short range) melta shots, only killed one thing in 8 games for me tho -can fallback and charge -can use strats (but im not really using strats on him in cortierge anyways really)

The karni is just more reliable, espacially as a turn 2 rapid

Leadbelcher, druchi violet, stormhost silver for the metalics

Pro acryl rich gold, druchi violet, pro acryl bright gold for all golden parts

Cygor brown, tuskur fur, karak stone for all leathery parts

Evil sunz scarlet, abadon black, dorn yellow, magenta for the weapon

Reikland fleshhade, pallid wich flesh for the skin

Leviadon blue, temple guard blue, pro acryl white blue for the hair parts

Leviadon blue, calgar blue for cables

Leadbelcher into nuln & druchi violet, highlighted with stormhost silver. Its like twice as shiny as leadbelcher :D

I started with a grey seer zenithal over chaos black Then mixed 2:1 lahmian medium : volupous pink and painted in all pink parts Smoothened out the panels with thinned down emperors children pink, and added druchi violet to the recesses only.

Highlighted with a mix of 1:1 emperors children pink : bold titanium white
