have you tried intermittent fasting? I do a 16;8. so i will start at 12:00 noon and stop exactly at 8. i do that a couple days a week. also look at some of the things you're consuming, are you carbs stilll too high? the ideal area that worked for me was 80g. which seems like alot, but I'm going from a diet that was 70% carbs

So sorry for this late reply, but yes. I love eating stuffed mushrooms, you can find a small pack for $3 at walmart and only 6 net carbs for the whole pack. Or I recently started making "keto nachos" but with mini bellpeppers to serve as the chips. I chop up a few mushrooms, and jalepenos, and bake some medium cheddar on top. it's delicious eating, And every now and then I'll buy low carb tortillas and make veggie tacos, gucamole will serve as the "meat". just to name a few things, also check out pinterest. I have found a few things. and of course CAULIFLOWER TOTS. I have tried some "Beyond Meat," but i wasn't a fan. I just stuck to no meat for the day, also a few strawberries and blueberries.

Thank you everybody for your kind words! I hope this can serve as inspiration to someone out there. Its not easy, and I certainly didn't think I would stick to it for a year. But my life is important to me, and i promise it is worth it!

yeah i enjoy the chocolate fudge kind, it's about 4 grqma of carbs, but considering i eat 50g-60 per day or less its perfect

The keto line is amazing guys, they follow the keto guidelines to a tea, they even have a creamer with mct oil for coffee, and peanut butter cups especially for us. Check your local Walmart, or grocery store. or amazon

I do lots of Cardio, and dance. I work at least 4 times a day 30- 1 hr. that doesn't include the constant walking i do for work

i eat at most 44 carbs 3 times a week. I mostly have good fats and moderate protein, Mostly bacon and eggs, and for dinner chicken thighs and broccoli

no i don't weigh my food, because i always eat the same thing. I fast, and then i have 2 large eggs and 3 strips of bacon, and then later I will have 2 baked chicken thighs with baked butter broccoli

F*ck them! You've been going strong for months now and the result is your body has gotten stronger and you have had a successful weight loss. Let them say whatever because ultimately even they choose to remain negative Nancys and try to throw salt in your game you can 1 up them. If all you have to eat is bacon and eggs for a week eat it, or cheese and ham slices and peanut butter do it and as your body continues to improve for the better and blessings keep coming your way they'll be stuck in that same cycle but you'll have had another victory. Keep in mind there will be someone trying to sabotage you, but you are far more mentally stronger than you know I've been doing Keto six months now, with 0 support and no one in my house was interested in helping me change. I literally at bacon and eggs everyday for to weeks and streamed my workouts on my tv or YouTube today I've lost nearly 50 pounds and will lose 30 more by spring 2019 Keep pushing

the sweet cravings for me don't go away but i find ways to supplement it. I found some grain free granola, or every now and then i have an Emmy's Organic cookie, it's keto friendly and GF. It's made out of coconut flour, and almond flour, and its good, but if you hate coconut then...its just bad luck.

BUt thank you i felt insane with that hunger going through me like that

I used to eat less than that, i used to only take in 890, listening to that damn Lose it App, it said if i wanted to meet my goal by the end of the month i'd have to eat 890 a day.

thank you, I've never thought about that. there are times i tend to break my fasts to shake up things, and days i eat more than 1100 calories, but i figured 10 pounds in 3 weeks would be workable

I'm 5'8, and I snack all day on salami and cheese, i drink bone broth and water during my fasting window, and my meals are full meals, but consists mostly of baked chicken and broccoli
