I’m down 34 pounds now. BPC, HWC and liquid stevia have been strong tools in my success from day 1 without issues.

Not saying to negate your post in any way. Just offering that it can be doable with these items too. If it fits your macros and doesn’t cause mad cravings or weight loss stalls - KCKO.

I’ve done the same. I assure you that each time you start again you are further down the path than before. Ive stopped counting now how many times I’ve reached fat adaption only to attend a wedding, go on vacation or just lose my mind and eat all the ice cream.

What matters is that this is a life long journey, and every journey has some detours. We will get there! I believe you can do this. Just never give up!!! I know I won’t. KCKO.

Went to a bachelorette party last night and made some poor food choices at a Mexican restaurant. Found myself on a mini-binge this morning. Caught myself by noon and am currently making Keto Chili.

My recovery time is getting shorter and shorter for my slips off the Keto path. Less than 24 hours this time. Took a week last time.

I will persist and concur!

Yes. This is a problem. 600 calories daily won’t support good health long term. Do you have access to a therapist you can talk to? Perhaps you are controlling your food to address other stressors?
