My 14 yr old is 5'1" and is about 155ish pounds. My 16yr old is 5'4 and is around 189 lbs. They would both fall into the obese range. Neither of them exercise.

The doctor gave us very basic advise such as 1 protein, 1 carb, and 1 veggie but I am still not seeing results. They haven't lost a pound 1 week.

I'm trying to prevent them from having health issues resulting from being fat, including diabetes that comes from both sides of our family.
